Members of Ballina Art Society have been painting together for over 47 years and displaying art works at the Society’s Annual Exhibition.
The group has evolved from a small group of people painting together into a large group of members.
Members are mostly from the Ballina Shire, but the group also attracts people from all over the Northern Rivers. Members meet together to paint and receive tuition and guidance from tutors. Four different tutors provide guidance for the 4 terms, in a variety of mediums and styles. This changes from year to year, and tutors are selected by members popular choice. Different artists provide a fresh approach and varied perspective.
